 Room Rate $99 per room per night + 13%taxes ( 2 beds up to 4 people) extra rollaway beds are available at the rate of $20 per bed per night subject to availability. There are also single bed rooms.

Room Rate $99 per room per night plus taxes. These rates are applicable to teams, referees and supporters.   

Please note these rates are pre and post event also. Parking charges will be waived to teams staying at the hotel. 
Check in time is 3:00 pm , check out time is 12:00 noon. Each team taking a minimum of 5 rooms will get a complimentary team gathering  room which can be used for team meetings and storage of equipment. Note: To get these teams must request them when providing their rooming lists and they are on a first reserve/get basis. 
NOTE: There are more teams coming than team rooms available.

Teams taking 10 or more rooms can get a reduced rate of $69.00 per night for their coaches rooms. 

Excellent restaurant in hotel and several within wheeling distance.  

All teams are requested to reserve their hotel rooms needed and provide rooming lists.

Here is the instructions to obtain free parking while staying as a guest at
the Delta hotel. Some teams flying in have rented vehicles and it is
important that you also follow these instructions as given to me by Mr
Cameron Jenkins of the Delta hotel.

Hi Michael,

For Parking, let everyone know not to pay at the parking meters around the
parking lot of the hotel.

They need to go to the front desk and let them know that they are with the Spitfire Challenge 2011 Tournament.

The front desk will then ask them for their license plate #'s so they need
to know that information when they go to the front desk.
