Here is the instructions to obtain free parking while staying as a guest at
the Delta hotel. Some teams flying in have rented vehicles and it is
important that you also follow these instructions as given to me by the Delta hotel.

Hi Michael,

For Parking, let everyone know not to pay at the parking meters around the
parking lot of the hotel.

They need to go to the front desk and let them know that they are with the
Spitfires Challenge 2011 Tournament.

The front desk will then ask them for their license plate #'s so they need
to know that information when they go to the front desk.
